2. Services Provided
We provide pool cleaning, maintenance, and related services to residential and commercial clients in and around St. Petersburg, FL. Services include but are not limited to:
- Routine pool cleaning
- Chemical balancing
- Equipment inspection and maintenance
- Pool filter cleaning
- Additional maintenance as agreed upon
3. Scheduling and Appointments
- Services must be scheduled in advance via phone, online (if available), or in person.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other factors beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the pool area at the time of service.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or authorized electronic payment platforms.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unsatisfactory service and must be requested within 7 days of the service date.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Clear Tech Pools is not liable for damage to pre-existing faulty equipment or installations.
- Customers must notify us of any special conditions or concerns related to their pool system.
- We are not responsible for weather-related damages or environmental conditions beyond our control.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure pets are secured and the pool area is accessible.
- Report any issues with service within 24–48 hours.
- Maintain necessary water levels in the pool between visits.
8. SMS Messaging and Communications
When providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from Clear Tech Pools related to the services we provide. These messages may include:
- Appointment or scheduling reminders
- Updates about your service request or open estimates
- Promotions, special offers, and marketing communications
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us, but you can expect up to four messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan and carrier. Check with your wireless provider for more details.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send “STOP,” we may send one final confirmation message to confirm your opt-out.

- Non-payment
- Repeated cancellations
- Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
- Any form of abuse or misconduct toward our staff

All content on our website, logos, branding, and service-related materials are the property of Clear Tech Pools and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
