Clear Tech has provided services to my pool for the past four years. Their professionals are the best. They have exceeded my expectations for cleaning, applying chemicals and keeping me informed of any required repairs. Since this was my first pool, the initial Tech reviewed the flow pattern, the purpose for each valve , how to make adjustments, how to set the timer and recommended care for the pool heater. Remodeling and restoring a pool is a very daunting . The one thing my wife and I knew was Pebble Tec quality was exactly what we wanted and contacted contractors in the area equal to selecting far too many prom dresses. We listened to several presentations and price quotes and decided we would each write a name and company to hand to the other and then we would discuss. Interestingly, we both chose Clear-Tech Pools and Joe Pachmayer. We sent a list of questions and concerns to Joe and he patiently answered each concern, revised the contact to reflect our concerns, and came out a second time to make sure we were happy.
